深入基層 精準發力——寧波市總工會副主席、黨組成員丁丁一行來興業工會調研指導發表時間:2023-04-07 13:22 4月6日,寧波(bo)市總(zong)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)副(fu)主(zhu)(zhu)席(xi)、黨組成(cheng)員丁(ding)(ding)丁(ding)(ding)一(yi)行到興業調(diao)研指導工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)作。前灣新區總(zong)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)副(fu)主(zhu)(zhu)席(xi)顧世東等領導陪同調(diao)研。公司副(fu)總(zong)經理、工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)席(xi)陳君杰,總(zong)經辦副(fu)主(zhu)(zhu)任、工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)副(fu)主(zhu)(zhu)席(xi)王(wang)增芳(fang)熱情接待。 座談會上,王主(zhu)席介紹(shao)了公司工會的(de)整(zheng)體(ti)概況,從(cong)組織架構、組織運行(xing)、工作亮點和成果出發,圍繞(rao)各(ge)項工作開展、重點任務推進、創新工作落地以及(ji)下一步工作計(ji)劃等進行(xing)詳細匯報。 丁(ding)主席聽完匯報后(hou),充分肯定了公司工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo),并表示:今年,興(xing)(xing)業(ye)盛泰榮獲(huo)浙江省五一(yi)勞(lao)動(dong)獎狀,還(huan)曾先后(hou)獲(huo)得全國工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)愛心托管班與(yu)浙江省創建和(he)諧勞(lao)動(dong)關系暨(ji)雙(shuang)愛先進企業(ye)等榮譽,是我們(men)重(zhong)點(dian)關注的(de)企業(ye)。此(ci)次調研(yan),也是基(ji)(ji)于新(xin)一(yi)屆(jie)總工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)班子成立后(hou)對各重(zhong)點(dian)基(ji)(ji)層工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)組織運(yun)行情(qing)況(kuang)進行實地(di)了解的(de)要求,包(bao)括(kuo)本(ben)單(dan)位工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)組織機構,按期換屆(jie),專(zhuan)門辦公場(chang)所和(he)活(huo)動(dong)場(chang)所、工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)經費及使用情(qing)況(kuang)、特色亮點(dian)工(gong)作(zuo),工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)作(zuo)職工(gong)參與(yu)率、單(dan)位行政支(zhi)持力度,了解基(ji)(ji)層工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)對上級工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)的(de)意見與(yu)建議,以更好地(di)支(zhi)持基(ji)(ji)層工(gong)作(zuo)。興(xing)(xing)業(ye)有什么需求可以直接提。 在問(wen)及“對工(gong)(gong)會(hui)建起(qi)來、轉(zhuan)起(qi)來、活起(qi)來、強(qiang)起(qi)來有何(he)意(yi)見(jian)建議?”陳(chen)總表示,對于不同層(ceng)級、地(di)方的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)所面臨的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題和壓力是不同的(de)(de)(de),上級工(gong)(gong)會(hui)起(qi)著引領指導,幫助企業工(gong)(gong)會(hui)協(xie)調解(jie)決工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中的(de)(de)(de)困(kun)難(nan)和問(wen)題的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用。而(er)基層(ceng)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)則要堅(jian)持(chi)在服(fu)務企業經營的(de)(de)(de)基礎上從職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)需求(qiu)出發(fa),廣泛聽取職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)意(yi)見(jian),規劃(hua)建設(she)好(hao)(hao)功能設(she)置(zhi),盡力解(jie)決員工(gong)(gong)個(ge)人的(de)(de)(de)后(hou)顧之憂(you)。同時,引領好(hao)(hao)員工(gong)(gong)發(fa)展方向,鼓(gu)勵員工(gong)(gong)提(ti)升(sheng)綜合素(su)養,優(you)化(hua)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)機制保障收入,進而(er)將企業目(mu)標與個(ge)人目(mu)標相結(jie)合,做到“凝心聚力、共同富裕(yu)”!下(xia)一步(bu),公(gong)司將持(chi)續不斷(duan)完善服(fu)務項目(mu)設(she)置(zhi)、根據員工(gong)(gong)需求(qiu)出臺相關政策、優(you)化(hua)運(yun)行管理機制,為(wei)員工(gong)(gong)提(ti)供貼心服(fu)務,讓(rang)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)真正成(cheng)為(wei)員工(gong)(gong)心里的(de)(de)(de)“娘家(jia)”,將工(gong)(gong)會(hui)打造成(cheng)為(wei)有溫度(du)的(de)(de)(de)組織。 |
